Jasmine Trail
Nudist Resort & Campground

Many people who haven't experienced social nudism find the whole subject cloaked in mystery. Many, many questions may exist for some. To help you know more about us and Social Nudism, we've prepared the following questions and answers. While these questions apply to most nudist camps, individual camps may have some variations on these rules, but most camps are close to the rules you read. At Jasmine Trail, we want all of our guests to feel comfortable experiencing Social Nudism with us.

Why do people go nude in

public?

While at a nudist facility, you are not

nude in public. Being nude at a nudist

resort is not the same as being nude at

Wal-Mart. At Jasmine Trail, you are

nude in a private setting among people

who share your lifestyle views, but

where nudity is the norm just as being

clothed at Wal-Mart is the norm. Nude

recreation embraces the joy of living and

experiencing nature in the most natural

way possible. To relax and be nude is to

let yourself be totally free. Although we

enjoy clothing free activities in

appropriate settings, we also choose to

wear clothes when practical. Nudists

respect each other's individuality. Our

own self-esteem is enhanced by our

ability to accept ourselves as we really

are. We find it easy to accept others

regardless of physical size, shape, or

body condition. Moreover, social class

distinctions, often indicated by

clothing, disappear.

What other things should I

know?

The general rules at Jasmine Trail are

relatively simple. You are expected to

conduct yourself as you would in any family environment. Clean up after yourself,

respect the rights, privileges, feelings

and convictions of others. Basically

relying on common sense.

What is the policy regarding

drugs?

The possession, use, sale and/or

distribution of any illegal substances

(marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines,

etc.) are prohibited and will result in

immediate expulsion from the resort.

What should I expect when I

first arrive?

People usually fear the unknown. You

may still have concerns. It's normal. Once

you're here, you'll quickly overcome your

reservations. When you arrive, a clothed

member will greet you at the gate. After preliminary introductions and membership registration, you will be given a short tour of the park.

You do not need to remove your

clothes as soon as you arrive. While

nudity is encouraged, wearing clothes at

Jasmine Trail for health or safety reasons

is optional except in the pool, sunning area and clubhouse. If you decide to stay, usually, people remove their cloths. You will most likely be introduced to members that are visiting at that time. Introductions are on a first name basis only. Once you get settled, you will find members cordial and you will easily get involved in conversations. First time members are always made to feel welcome at Jasmine Trail!!!

Are children welcome at

Jasmine Trail?

Yes, Children are natural nudists.

Jasmine Trail welcomes children and

encourages families to join.

I am a female and think

females have different

concerns?

Females are often more reluctant than

males to try social nudism. For an

excellent article on social nudism from a

female perspective, we encourage you

to read the article at the AANR web-site

titled:

"Nude Recreation...A Woman's Perspective"

How secluded is the park?

Jasmine Trail is a 40 acre oasis. The

entrance is secured with a locked gate

keeping unwanted persons out of the

resort. With the resort located in a pine

forest, the camping and pool/sunning

areas are not visible from outside the

resort. Your privacy is one of the reason

that you come to a nudist resort to enjoy

social nudity.

Besides camping, what

facilities are at the resort?

Clubhouse

We have a clubhouse with heat/AC, and large screen TV with satellite including NASCAR and NFL packages. We also have an exercise facility with resistance & weight machines & a tanning bed.

Restrooms / Showers / Washer & Dryer

Modern rest rooms and showers are

available. We offer indoor and outdoor hot water showers. We also have a washer and dryer for guests use at no charge.

Lodging Facilities

If you have an RV, camper or trailer, we offer hook-ups to electricity, water, and sewer. And, of course, we have tent areas.

Who participates in nude

recreation?

Doctors, teachers, construction

workers, lawyers, dispatchers, truck

drivers, police officers, secretaries,

firefighters ... Anyone and everyone!

Your colleague at work, or the family

next door, may spend their leisure

time at a nudist resort.

What if I see my neighbor or

a work colleague at the

resort?

Great! This just means that you both

share an interest in social nudism. You

may find that you will develop a closer

relationship with this person because of

your shared interest.

Because nudists are strong protectors of

personal privacy, you needn't fear that

your neighbor or colleague will disclose

your participation outside the resort.

Mutual trust and respect are part of the

basis of the nude life style.

What should I bring?

Nudists always sit on a towel that they

bring. You may also want to bring a

second towel to dry off with after a shower. It would be a good idea to pack sunglasses, sunscreen, and

comfortable shoes and a hat. The park

provides limited seating in the sunning area, but bringing a beach chair or lounge is a good idea. We do have showers

and restroom facilitates. You may

bring your own refreshments and

beverages. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets, while permitted, are best left at

home. If you bring your pet, they must

be tied or leashed and under the direct

control of their owners at all times. Pets

are not permitted in the clubhouse or pool areas. Animals that are deemed to be a

nuisance, (excessive barking,

destruction of property, etc.) or a

threat to the safety of others are not

allowed on the property.

Won't I be stared at

because of the shape of my

body?

Many people think that the other people

that they see will have "perfect" bodies.

In reality, you will see every shape, size

and variation on body forms. No one

expects you to have a perfect body.

Everyone accepts each other as they

are. Tight and trim or fat and flabby,

body scars and such are not at all

uncommon. We are all here for the same

reason; to enjoy the benefits and

stress-free atmosphere that comes with

being nude.

Can I bring my camera, Etc?

Use of a camera or other electronic photo device by any Member is explicitly prohibited. Also prohibited are any devices capable of capturing an image and or transmitting that image including cell phones, PDA's, and any other device of that nature not specified. Immediate expulsion of the individual involved will occur and confiscation of the device will occur immediately.

The use of binoculars, telescopes or

telephoto lenses for the purpose of

observing or photographing others

without their knowledge is prohibited.

As stated earlier, voyeuristic behavior

will not be tolerated. If in doubt, ask.

We do realize that photos are a part of

a family's memories, but the rights of

others must be respected.

Is this really just a sex club?

DEFINITELY NO!! We are a family

oriented resort. Overt sexual

behavior in public, unwanted advances of

a sexual nature toward other members,

and voyeuristic behavior is prohibited. Provocative clothing is not in keeping with the family nudist concept and is prohibited. For the same reason, Jasmine Trail does not allow wearing of genital piercing jewelry that is visible during normal activity. Nipple and navel-piercing jewelry is limited to those not exceeding the diameter of a dime.

OK, that's all fine, but I still have questions.

While we at Jasmine Trail want to encourage people to experience social nudism with us, we cannot possibly answer all questions on this web site. We encourage you to call us with your questions. You'll find our staff friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to read more about Social Nudism, select the link below.
